From one of Debbi Moore's Venetian collection-Venetian Moments cd! This is a beautiful decoupage image. I printed a background sheet and stuck it under acetate at the spine and the ribbon hides the glue line. The sentiment ribbon was glued to the backing paper. I made a feathered fan to complete the look!

Venetian Moments
