Rapunzel

I love this card and think it is perfect for a little girl! It was a request from my brother for his little granddaughter who adores 'Rapunzel'. I cut the flower aperture and placed Rapunzel in the centre matted on purple mirri card. I decorated the petals with flower and butterfly gems. My brother was well pleased with the end result and so was I!

House mouse 'sunflower'.

This was made using Joanna Sheen's 'House mouse' collection. I used the idea of the sunflower itself as the main idea for the card. The backing paper I made myself using paint shop pro. I cut into sections and matted on gold mirri card.

Another Hunkdory!

Another from the Hunkydory vintage pearl collection! I used an aperture card front matted on gold mirri and then matted on card stock. Gathered lace was used down the left side and a satin bow to finish the look!

This is from the Hunkydory 'vintage pearl' collection. Main image was matted on embossed oval which I distressed using Tim Holtz distressing inks. This collection proved popular for mothers day requests.

This is one of the images off Vintage 002-Jammipanda crafts cd rom. I used vintage photo distressing ink to give it a more vintage look. I also printed the same image but carousel size and cheery lynns doily die and used the centre piece as the matt along with a bow made using Bowdabra bow maker!

Another announcement! Yesterday I was chosen to be part of the design team for Fee J, Jammi Panda is the new name for Fee J designs. I will post cards upon completion and announce dates of release for new CD and roms and create and craft show dates.

Laugh Out Loud!

Good morning to you all. Yesterday, I was having a play with Peerless Designs new CD which is released 17th April 2012 on create and craft and, it's called 'Laugh out loud'! It is full of beautiful images, bookmarks, tags etc. Here is a sneaky peak of what it's about.

This was taken from the topper section and used to make a triple twisted easel card. I matted the images on gold mirri, then mounted that onto furry animal print card. I used the words 'Laugh Out Loud' as the stoppers these too were matted the same as the toppers. Sarah Hallam is a brilliant artist! I will be adding more later today.

Vintage Pearl

Triple easel card from Hunkydory's Vintage Pearl collection. I mounted the base on gold mirri board for extra support, I also added gold glamour dust around the frames. I think this collection is perfect for Mother's day!
